HomeRun IQ operates a capital management service which is made available to customers through our Website and via applications available on mobile devices. The information we collect from you depends on whether you are an individual who accesses our Website or mobile applications for purposes of information and evaluation of our services (a “User”) or if you are an individual who has signed a Customer Agreement with HomeRun IQ (a “Customer”).

We may collect personal information such as your name, email address or other optional information to support your service experience, including (but not limited to) information related to financial obligations, requirements specific to your property and its operation, and specific objectives and goals for the property that you may provide when you engage with our Website or mobile applications.

In addition to information we collect from Users, we will ask you for certain information, including (but not limited to) your name, address, property affiliation, tax identification and any other regulatory disclosures that may be required under Federal and statutory law. We will also collect account numbers and login information for any accounts that you link to our services.

HomeRun IQ records information such as browsing activity and data clicked on (such as UI elements and links) and other information, such as browser type, IP address, cookie ID and referrer URL, as well as cookie and other third-party tracking technology to record information about your activity on HomeRunIQ.com to support on-going service improvements.

We may share the information required to become a Customer with partners solely for the purposes of allowing partners to provide services to you. You may choose not to provide such information to HomeRun IQ; however, if you choose not to share such information, you will not be able to become a Customer of HomeRun IQ. Except as otherwise disclosed herein, we will not sell or share your personal data with any third-parties without your consent except as required by law or where we reasonably believe it is necessary in order to take action regarding illegal activities.
